I have seen amazing results from what affirmations can bring out of a person, if done consistently and consciously. I have worked with clients and students not only to practice affirmations but also to find the one that is right for you at this time.
I also say affirmations but I have a few that I focus on quarterly. When I started writing my book I would have 3 affirmations that would keep me focused and engaged and it truly helped! so I ask again...What will you affirm today?
Below you can find a link to many different affirmations that you can choose from. Take your time with it and find the one that best suites you. If somehow you don't find one that suites you, then create one that works for you. I don't encourage this one often but if you follow the guide of an affirmation and speak life into yourself there is no doubt that it can be just as effective. You can also do a quick google search, I have found some great affirmations that truly resonated with me.
