Resolution tickets were used to restore any misunderstandings between peers or between peers and adults. These tickets would give enough information for me to set up a time to meet with the two students or student and teacher in order to help repair their relation ship. This was never considered punitive and was a preventative measure before situations could potentially escalate. Students would drop tickets off in the office and into the resolution box. This could also be classroom specific. I would suggest having a parter classroom where the resolution box would be located. this creates more of an anonymity with students that are shy or want to submit their ticket privately.
